Unable to create a toolbar for Acrobat Reader

I was unable to create a simple toolbar that should be visible over the titlebar of Adobe Acrobat Reader: it either does not appear or sometimes appears just for a brief time, after having restarted Quick Macros; sometimes it appeared even when Acrobat Reader was not active. Any other toolbar works perfectly: the problem is only with Adobe Acrobat Reader. It seems that Quick Macros has problems in detecting Acrobat Reader window name or class.
