Wait for page to be loaded while using UI browser automation

If this can be used as a basis for judgment, then it becomes very reliable to perform complex operations on web pages using UI automation, such as uploading, downloading, filling out forms, and a host of other operations. So how should the code be written? (I'm very interested in how far LA's potential really is?).Besides,If the vast majority of cases are useful, then why not write this wait page loading function inside the library?
PS:
Don't forget that if there is a problem with the network connection, the reloading button will not change if the network is down
