It seems it is blocked in China. Or very slow (timeout error after 2 minutes). Works only in Hong Kong (5 s).
I tested with https://www.websitepulse.com/tools/china-firewall-test and some other. Results:
GitHub: fails.
Cloudflare: worked this morning, but now fails. After several hours works again, but slow (59 s).
LA home page: works (1 s if lucky), but sometimes/somewhere slow (eg 33 s) or fails.
LA setup in LA website: (4 s if lucky), but sometimes/somewhere slow (eg 23 s) or fails.
