I guess there is no data (raw.data.hid.dwCount and raw.data.hid.dwSizeHid are 0), or some values in raw.data.hid are incorrect (eg raw.data.hid.dwSizeHid is too big; try some small value instead of raw.data.hid.dwSizeHid).
