The .msi is the complete installer and supports the command line.
The other .zip file is the compressed package for the portable version of LA, which includes a mini version of the SDK and can be used immediately after extraction.
This would be much more convenient.
With the current online installer (LA-setup.exe), the download is slow when it runs; using the other two LZMA files is also inconvenient.
