Macro ID

I am not sure if this is all that necessary now that we can create exe programs, but I think it's an excellent idea. Further, I would love to assign id's to a Macro/Function and be able to call that macro/function by id instead of name. In order to accomplish that, the id's would have to be static. This is not necessary, simply a nice to have.
