help or make me this macro please

curious if someone can help me find a good program to make a macro

so this is what i want my thing to look like (picture below)


i just put in random stuff cuz i want multi keys to being hit as certain times (in seconds), and 5 key for minutes, but i want it to be a box that u type in the amount of time . then u hit start and keys on keyboard are being hit, and a stop button for stoping the program. can someone plz tell me how to program or what program would be easy to make this .exe file macro

and give me the script or how the sequence order should be, once again i am new and not sure how to go about this. thanks for anyone who looks at this
