Flags can be set in properties. Click [...] button.
1 - don't include shell objects that are not file system files or folders. For example Control Panel folder and most objects in it.
2 - don't include folders.
4 - show hidden files.
8 - expand shortcuts to folders. Maybe still unavailable in current version, don't remember.
Level limits the number of submenus. Examples:
1 - folder
2 - folder\subfolder
3 - folder\subfolder\subfolder
