It replaces (deletes/adds) existing macro. Existing macro must be in the specified folder, and of the same type, and not read-only.
If you want to replace text without deleting/adding, copy NetSendMacro to eg NetSendMacro2, replace 17 to 19 in NetSendMacro2 code, and use NetSendMacro2 instead of NetSendMacro.
