Hey when i try to use SendMail i get a window saying "Some settings are missing for this email account:" and i press OK and it brings me to the email setup dialog but nothing is missing :?: .

In most cases it is password.

Or email account name is incorrect, ie does not exist in the list in 'QM Email Settings' dialog.

SendMail .......... "incorrect account name"

Hey, i know for a fact its the right password. Using yahoo so i know it should work got setup opts right from site.

You can at first configure and test the account in Outlook Express. Then in QM only enter password.

Ohhh, this has to be set up in Outlook Express for it to work in QM?

Edit:
OK i set up Outlook Express which ive never used, and i get an error testing sending mail from there... Error Number: 0x800CC0F.

No idea what that means.. :?:

Anywhere. But if you have problems with the QM dialog, try to do it in OE. And make sure that you can send email in OE using that account. Then open the QM dialog and enter password, because QM cannot get password from OE.
