Making something like a _WwG control

I would like to create something like the new blank document that is in word. I have found out that for me it is not so possible. I think that the rulers and the scroll bars are connected to the new document but I will be using this on computers that do not have Microsoft Word.

Is it possible for QM to make something like the new blank document in word?

I've seen something online its like a template for Word and can be implemented in to other programming languages, not sure about QM. I will keep my eyes open and if i see it i'll post a link.

I have looked on Google and I do not have the programming knowledge to make this possible.
