qm macro folder in toolbar

how can i display a macro folder on my own qm toolbar ?
did i told that ?
i attached a second bar to qm with some helpful buttons
and the trigger menu.

yes, i want to display systems/samples2 in a menu.
and also my huge pi functions folder.

ideal would it be when i could select an item from that menu and it would be pasted into my code.

btw. i start to have problems with organizing all my scripts.
not exactlly counted, but there are more then 120 items in my folder.
i think we need some GUI enhancements.

I agree. The way macros are now stored in QML files makes managing them a cumbersome task. I liked having individual files for each macro in QM1. It made organization easier, especially when managing macros across multiple computers. Lately I've had to start making macros just trying to manage my macros!

I think the best way would be to go back to having individual files for each macro. Use the new current folder tree interface to show the physical location of the macros (including subfolders) and have saved profiles that (when enabled) activate/deactivate a preset list of macros. I also really miss being able to activate/deactivate macros with a simple checkbox.

Hmm.. perhaps I should repost this in the wishlist forum.
