T.S. Menu - filling menu text from file

Hello Gintaras,
I want to create a manager interface for people to manage their T.S. menu lists. From the dialog, I will create the formatted contents of the T.S. menu and save it to a .txt file or database. I know I saw somewhere in the forum where you can fill in a macro or I assume TS menu from a file just can't find it. Any thoughts? Any better way than this strategy?
