any chance to have them in mouse trigger somedays (or did I missed something)?

Would be helpful to get rid of Logitech's driver or not use XMouse Button Control.

Ok, will it be possible to try to implement it by myself using Mouse hooks?
Is it *doable*?

Not sure but I think would need a driver. I don't know a Windows user mode API for nonstandard buttons.
