Volume control in Windows 7

Windows 7 included major changes in the way audio was handled by the OS. The old methods I employed to change system volume in QM no longer worked. I found a solution in a simple command line tool called NirCmd. Besides volume, there are other potentially useful functions (although QM can do most everything nircmd can do).

As Gintaras points out, SetAudioVolume in the "Archive" download file handles Windows 7 volume as well. I didn't know it was there.
