does not expand correctly.

Actually it need two expandpath statements to expand. Output :

After 1st expandpath
$user profile$\My QM\Files\JournPubl_Path.txt

After 2nd expandpath
C:\Documents and Settings\S.E.Simopoulos\My QM\Files\JournPubl_Path.txt

Thank you, will fix it in .4.
Now look in Options -> Files, replace $user profile$\My QM to C:\Documents and Settings\S.E.Simopoulos\My QM.
