radian macro launch

Hi everyone I have a program called radian and can only be launched by holding the right mouse button down. the thing is now i have a tablet pc and cannot use the right click hold down but can access it by keyboard hotkey. The thing is is there a way where i can launch a hotkey with a mouse gesture or screen area. any help would be appreciated

You can create a macro/function that runs an application and that macro can have a mouse movement based trigger.
