Bug in Help 2.4.1.2

I get the following when I try to initiate a help search for the first time.

Error (RT) in <open "str.stem /1887">str.stem: dll not found or failed to load: qmplus. <help #IDP_ERR>?
Warning (RT) in <open "__TempFile. /15">__TempFile.: Failed to delete temporary file C:\Temp\Users\SYSTEM\QM\hh. (0x0). <help #IDP_OPT>?
