Bookmarks (tags) at specific points (lines) of an item

I wonder whether there exists any possibility to have bookmarks (tags) at specific points (lines) of a QM item. It is implied that any modification in the line numbering (insert or delete lines) will maintain the point of the bookmark inserted. As a matter of fact I am referring to the relevant capacity of unix vi editor. Any idea will be appreciated. Many thanks in advance.

Thank you very much. I understand that there might be something in a future release. In the meantime I am using something I wrote on my own. It is not elegant but it does the job. I intend to upload it within the day to "My QM". Best regards.
