Chrome link Acc trigger

is it possible to have a trigger on link action in chrome (mouse over, mouse right/left click, drag and drop), as in tab trigger use some days ago in chrome toolbar forum thread?

I don't want to waste time trying if not possible.....

I don't see any good accessible object events that can be used. With more work maybe possible to create something half-reliable.
