Dialog with webpage problems

I'm planning to make dialog with webpage to show IP cameras.

1. In dialog with webpage control, could I show only specific coordination of webpage?
for example, only IP camera without banner and menus from "http://www.tp-link.com/res/upfile/faq/20160707065429.jpg" in "http://www.tp-link.com/us/faq-304.html"

2. I checked how to disable mouse and keyboard, but it isn't applied to when I use "Chrome remote desktop".
Could I disable mouse and keyboard when using through remote desktops?

1. Should be possible somehow, but I don't know, probably not easy.

2. I didn't try Chrome remote desktop, but usually the answer is no. If QM is used to automate a remote computer through a "remote desktop" program, QM communicates only with the program window, not with that computer.
