OcrFinder with case-insensitive option

I currently use my own implementation to find ocr with case-insensitive, since sometimes it can recognize lower case character as upper case, for example: "Tanochet" => "TanoChet".
So is it worth having case-insensitive option in pre built ocrFinder?

Case-insensitive, regex, etc can be specified in text, like "**i Tanochet".
