LibXL library + Quick Macros

There's an Excel library for developers (LibXL, LibXL documentation).
This seems to be exactly what I need, but I know know nothing about сoding in C/C++/C#/Delphi.
LibreAutomate is also outside my programming skills yet.
But I'm pretty good with Quick Macros already.
Is there any way to use LibXL with Quick Macros for working with Excel?

Need to convert C function declarations to QM. Not C++ declarations.

The functions are easy to convert. But some will be not very easy to use. Eg will need to convert wchar_t* strings (UTF-16) to/from UTF-8 (QM string encoding). Also may need to free returned strings.

In LA - yes, although I did not test.
