Add A Menu Item To Windows Applications

Is it possible with QM to add a menu item to an application?

For example, Calc has a menubar with
Edit View Help

Could I make that
Edit View Help MyMenu
?

Or add something to the control box (Calculator Icon at the top/left corner of the app).
For example it currently has:
Restore
Move
Size
Minimize
Maximize
-------
Close

Could I make it
Restore
Move
Size
Minimize
Maximize
-------
Close
-------

Standard menu items - no, but you can add toolbar that will look like menu.
