What is called as QM is terminated?

I'm creating a small macro to limit/time my kids' computer usage. They have seperate accounts. So as one logs on, QM starts, "init" starts the timer. No problem. But as one logs off, I expect "uninit" to stop the timer and save the value. I can't get "uninit" to run during logoff or shutdown. It is enabled in Settings/Triggers/Special Items. Any ideas, suggestions. Thanks.
