Good Day
I am unfamiliar with Macros, and I was wondering if it might help us out:
We run a 24/7 operation and we perform our nightly back up in the early am (low data time). The problem we keep on running into is that a few users are forgetting to log off one of our RT programs, causing an incomplete backup of data. This is becoming a real problem and I am hoping that a macro may be the way to gracefully shut down prior to the backup batch file running- if the software is terminated with out logging of first (program only, not OS), there is a high chance of data loss.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
