Waiting for Window

I would like to know the difference on the codes below please.

Both codes waits for "My Window" to be active. Which one is faster or more reliable?

First command waits for window.

Second command waits for focused control in existing window. For example, it can wait until you click an edit control, and then paste text into the control.
