Yes but they (or one of them) must be functions. In Properties, select Function instead of Macro.

you can stop function several different ways.
by putting in a keystroke checker into the code
by making it check a global variable to see if it is equal to something (and set the var to "stop" from another macro).
killing it manually by right clicking the qm icon in the sys tray then click "threads" and kill it from that list.
or use the shutdown function
