Can I have a dialog box
1. Without any (minimize,maximize & close button)
2. No Title Bar (Blue Bar)
3. Change Position at run time

when you create a new dialog click the 'styles' button and deselect "WS_SYSMENU" "WS_CAPTION" "WS_DLGFRAME"
