do you have an idea how to create a lorem ipsum gernerator with qm?

here is what i want to do:

either generate fantasy words or load words from a text list (a list with german words would given me even a local text) and mix them randomly with
some random bbcode formating.

i need this to generate fake content for my test website forum and cms.
