IE8 Fields scrapable on some computers but not others
#1
Hi All,
Happy 2013!!!
Anyone had the situation where the html fields on web pages are not identifiable/scrapable using the regular QM tools. It is weird that it is on some pc's but not others but both have IE8 on them. I can't see how the settings are different but maybe there is some group policy thing I am not aware of but I am note sure how that would affect QM. Any thoughts or similar experiences or potential solutions.

Cannot capture accessible objects?
#3
Yes, also can't capture accessible objects either- just shows the entire browser frame rather than subelements. But others computers works fine..strange. If this doesn't sound like anything known to you, I wouldn't spend a lot of time because may be so idiosyncratic to various computers in my workplace. But it's about 50-50 of the various pc's.
Thanks!,

Was unknown to me.
All PC are XP SP3 32-bit?

Attached Inspect.exe from Windows SDK. It shows accessible object properties (MSAA). Does it work with IE where QM doesn't?
