Making Shortcut key

Hi~ Gintaras

I needed a shortcut key to activate function "ExitAPP" during running a program so I made this to run when program starts.
I want to know if there is any other alternative code because this function is not "One Shot" solution (runs with a few stroke) and
if I remove "wait 0.2", will this affect program performance?
