Modifier key Fn

I wonder whether it is possible to use modifier key Fn (usually found in HP keyboards) with key command. Any advice will be mostly appreciated.

No, it works at hardware level. Or driver level. On most computers, keyboard hooks like QM don't receive Fn key events. Raw input API too.
