General doubts

Hi, I'm with some doubts if anyone can help me:

1. How do I save the state of a control in a dialog, to when I close and reopen it stay the same way before (Checkbox,Edit,etc..)
2. It's possible to grab the live output of a CLI while it's still running. I tried RunConsole2 but if I'm not using wrong it only grab the output when the CLI stops.
