The Caps key trigger does not take effect

Hi,
It's nice to use the Caps key as a trigger, I specified a few windows, pressed the uppercase key, and executed different functions

I use the following open source remote desktop software, But pressing the Caps key, it can't take effect, The function could not be executed

I haven't tried other remote software, is there a way to solve this problem?

With Microsoft Remote Desktop, the trigger caps key takes effect
However, a fixed IP address is required

Using teamviewer has the same problem,  pressing the Caps key, it can't take effect

Any app can "eat" a key so that other apps can't use it.

Currently, I use the middle button of the mouse as a trigger and it works well
